16 Degrees provide complete hosting, installation and maintenance services for the Atlassian Confluence Wiki.
Combined with a Service Level Agreement we can take care of every aspect and ensure it keeps running smoothly. The complete Confluence Wiki package. We provide the Server, install & maintain Confluence for you. All you need to do is create your wiki pages and your away. Three monthly or Yearly contracts available for Confluence Hosting. Note that a suitable confluence license will need to be purchased separately.
You can choose to have your confluence wiki installed and hosted on our servers. Just provide us with a domain name, or purchase a domain name from us, pay the initial 3 months hosting payment up front, then we'll take care to install the wiki ready for your use. You are provided with an Administrator account from which you can administer all aspects, from user accounts to space creation and more.
The pricing is dependent on the physical space you will need on our servers. Take a look at the pricing schemes below and choose one that suits you. Pricing schemes can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.

If storage space exceeds those in the chosen package then an additional $2.00 per 1 gigabyte or part thereof per month is charged. You will be notified if you are nearing your current capacity so you have to the choice to upgrade if neccessary or reduce your usage by the removal of attachments etc as may be nessessary. Prices are in Australian Dollars, we accept payments in USD and Euro at the equivelant rate as calculated by xe.com at the time the contract is agreed. Note that the confluence installation, home directories and database form part of your storage space allowance.
Each Confluence Hosting Package comes with the following inclusions :
- Initial Installation & Configured with One Administrator
- Daily Backups of Confluence Install & Home Directories (non-incremental, previous backups overwritten so only the latest is available)
- One free restore per month. The restore consists of overwriting the Confluence Home & Install directories with the latest backup and/or database.
- Your Confluence is configured with 128MB dedicated RAM.
Each Confluence Hosting Package does not include the following:
- Incremental Backups
- Offsite Backups
- Multiple Restores
- Space Creation
- Space or Whole Site exports
- Theme Customisation
- Confluence Usage Tutorials
- Plugin Support
- Add on $10 per month for each additional 128MB RAM requested.
The above exclusions can be covered by a separate Service Level Agreement, or our separate software services.
16 degrees are responsible for keeping the server and the confluence wiki up and operational. Any repairs, or configuration changes, plugin upgrades or removals that need to be carried out as a result of incorrect Administration will need to be charged for at our current Software Services rates. Please be careful in whom who choose to administer your Confluence package!
