Our support options are designed so that you can choose a level of support that fits in with you. From free support in our forums all the way through to 'I need it now!'. Coverage of our support covers most of our products and services, and depends on the level that you choose. Companies and Indivuals who have purchased Software elsewhere are also welcome to purhcase one of our support services, as long as it is a Software product that we know. Please enquire if you are unsure.Below is a matrix of our support services.

    Software Support Basic

    For those that only need occasional help & support. If you are not in an immediate hurry, dont need to phone us and are happy to have the job done as soon as we can fit it in, then this is a good choice to make. If you envisage product upgrades then choose a higher option as 2 hours per month that this pack includes would probably not be enough.

    Software Support Bronze

    The most popular choice - with a maximum 4 hour response time to your queries, it give you more peace of mind that we will attend to you soon. You are welcome to phone us during weekday business hours (AEST). With 4 hours per month of support action, it is possible for an upgrade of certain products to be acheived and is good value for money.Note
    Regardless of whether or not a support package is purchased, any product or service purchased from 16 degrees is entitled to free support in our Forums, via email or via our ticketing system. Response times are not guaranteed though. This free support is limited to advice only, and actual work that may have to be carried out as a result will need to be covered by an existing Service Option, or otherwise will be charged by the hour and agreed up front. |
