If you are not in an immediate hurry, dont need to phone us and are happy to have the job done as soon as we can fit it in, then this is a good choice to make. If you envisage product upgrades then choose a higher option as 2 hours per month that this pack includes would probably not be enough.
Software Support Bronze
The most popular choice - with a maximum 4 hour response time to your queries, it give you more peace of mind that we will attend to you soon. You are welcome to phone us during weekday business hours (AEST). With 4 hours per month of support action, it is possible for an upgrade of certain products to be acheived and is good value for money.Note
